1st FLOOR

Light, airy and open, the first floor is a comfortable communal space. Guests enter through a working kitchen with an adjacent pantry. The living room has indoor dining for cooler nights and a working fireplace. Just off the living room, there's a half-bath for convenience. A side library with stocked books and historical photos is a quiet respite for those who like to end their day with a nose in a book! 

2nd FLOOR

Up a curving stone stairway to the second floor, there's a home office filled with light and air (not to mention a computer and printer, with wifi available throughout the house). There are two gracious bedrooms, both with windows, cross breezes and en suite baths.

3rd FLOOR

The third floor has three bedrooms.  One enjoys an en suite bath while the other two share a spacious full bath with a separate shower. Fresh breezes spill through multiple windows, and there is an exit with direct access to the outdoors from La Contessa.
